Total Access Urgent Care in the greater St. Louis area is hiring for a friendly front desk team member to greet patients, manage check-in, and support fast, affordable care.

You will handle admissions, collect co-pays, verify insurance, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow, with three 12-hour shifts weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equal.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (possible travel between TAUC locations).
• Available to work 12-hour shifts, no overnights, with alternating weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
