Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; notify staff of arrival.
• Verify current address and insurance status.
• Schedule referral appointments with doctors, testing and labs.
• Process patient charges and update demographics and records.
• Collect payments and arrange follow-up or specialty appointments as needed.
• Maintain providers' schedules and optimize daily appointment flow.
