Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners in Stamford, CT is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to greet and register patients, collect demographics and insurance information, and guide them through registration and HIPAA forms in a fast-paced environment. You will handle scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups, use the billing system, and maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering friendly, accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a prompt, pleasant manner.

• Collect and enter demographic information and insurance referrals; call carriers as needed.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; manage messaging and expedites.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and file documents as required.
