Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking an energetic registrar to greet and register patients with care and efficiency. You will guide patients through registration, HIPAA acknowledgments, and forms, while collecting updates and referrals.

You will enter demographic and insurance data into the billing system, schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and help across departments. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years registrar or similar experience preferred.
• Medical office experience is a plus.
• Ability to use computerized systems with accuracy.
• Must be detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients promptly and pleasantly.
• Instruct patients to complete registration, history and HIPAA forms.
• Request updates from established patients and collect referrals.
• Enter all demographic information and insurance details into the billing system.
• Make copies of forms and insurance cards; verify information as needed.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; handle caller follow-up.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist as needed while maintaining HIPAA.
• Perform other duties as requested.
