Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients promptly.
• Instruct patients to complete registration, history and HIPAA forms.
• Request updates from established patients and collect referrals.
• Enter demographic information and comments into billing system.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments for patients.
• Pull and file patient encounters; take messages and respond to requests.
• Perform expediter duties and call center tasks as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and assist other departments as required.
