Job summary

Red Cliffs Lodge Moab is seeking a courteous Shuttle Driver to greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out at the front desk, and provide reliable transportation to local businesses, rooms and hotel venues.

You will maintain a safe, friendly passenger experience, follow routes and schedules, and help guests with local area information while cooperating with other departments to meet needs. A valid driver’s license and hospitality experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• 2+ years guest service and shuttle driving experience preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Operate shuttle safely and efficiently, following routes and schedules.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about local area and hotel services.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure room readiness.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily maintenance logs.
• Assist with loading/unloading passengers and luggage; ensure safety at all times.
• Log guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow safety, privacy, and security protocols at all times.
