Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Greet and direct visitors, manage visitor logs, issue access credentials, and communicate requirements professionally.
• Monitor access points and reception-area activity, report unusual activity or concerns per procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate site contacts or responders as directed.
• Help maintain a professional, welcoming lobby environment and deter unauthorized access.
