Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required per law and policy.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk while following site procedures.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointment information, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals.
• Monitor lobby access, observe activity, and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, incident, and access records and communicate information to leadership.
