Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the building, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes as authorized, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Receive and direct guests, answer phones, provide building information, and communicate professionally with property management and onsite personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and promptly notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor front desk activity and security-related systems as assigned, report unusual activity or maintenance concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access.
