Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk at a manufacturing and research facility in Sinking Spring, PA. The role provides reliable hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts and earn more, at a pay rate of $19.23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front desk customer service following site procedures.
• Greet visitors and verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and record entries.
• Monitor lobby access and direct guests to contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and emergencies, notifying site contacts.
• Answer phones and manage front-desk communications in a healthcare laboratory environment.
