Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience required or preferred.
• Alarm panel operations knowledge required or preferred.
• Comfortable with computer/tablet use for procedures and logging.
• CPR certification preferred; training provided.
• Customer service experience preferred for interactions with clients and visitors.
• Loss prevention experience advantageous in retail or corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk within a logistics and distribution location.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify ID, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other systems; report issues to the team.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following procedures.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence and support access-control operations.
