Qualifications

• Be at least 18 (21 for armed) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screening as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on location.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees, visitors, and contractors at the front desk.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site policies.
• Monitor access control systems and verify credentials.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Maintain records of visitor and contractor check-ins and incidents.
• Communicate clearly with on-site personnel and client contacts.
• Participate in emergency response from the front desk.
