Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• State/city security license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk security at a logistics and distribution site by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Monitor access points, receive deliveries and calls, and communicate visitor arrivals and concerns to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow reporting and escalation procedures.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence and report suspicious activity to Allied Universal leadership.
