Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology/location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor/incident records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly, escalating when needed.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding shift activities.
