Qualifications

• Must possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Ages: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

As a Front Desk Security Officer supporting a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for employees and visitors. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and entry records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor front desk activity, cameras, alarms, and communication systems, and report suspicious activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner while following established site procedures.
• Assist with incoming calls, directions, and general information while maintaining a professional presence at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
