Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front desk customer service at a financial services site following site security procedures.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify IDs and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor entry points, lobby activity, alarms, cameras and other security systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to appropriate personnel or responders as needed.
• Assist employees and visitors with directions and information while deterring unauthorized access.
