Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and guests at the front desk.
• Greet and screen visitors, manage access, and direct guests to offices or retail areas.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems and report incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and front-desk documentation.
