Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer for Front Desk Operations in Indianapolis, IN. You will greet visitors, screen access, and support a secure environment at a retail real estate location.

You will monitor entrances, respond to security concerns, and maintain logs while working with clients and guests to ensure smooth operations and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licenses as applicable by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and guests at the retail location.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, manage access, and direct guests.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and front-desk documentation.
