Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
• A background check and drug screen are required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the reception area.
• Monitor visitor entry, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Answer calls, greet guests, and communicate access concerns to staff.
• Respond calmly to incidents following emergency procedures.
• Maintain a professional front desk and assist with security-related admin duties.
