As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Services in Carmel, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use computer or tablet systems to document security-related information, communicate professionally with clients and guests, and help maintain an orderly environment. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution reception area by carrying out site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor visitor entry, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with site policies.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, greet guests professionally, and communicate access concerns or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence and assist with security-related administrative duties, including receiving deliveries and documenting relevant activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
