Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience required.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and tenants at the front desk.
• Monitor the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify authorization, issue visitor badges.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and security concerns in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Observe activity, deter unauthorized access, and report suspicious behavior to management.
• Communicate daily activities, incidents, and security concerns to property management and leadership.
