Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Services in Carmel, IN. You will welcome visitors, control access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service at a financial institution location.

You will use computer or tablet systems to document security-related information, coordinate with clients and guests, and help maintain an orderly environment while upholding our safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and manage access at a financial institution reception.
• Monitor visitor entry, verify IDs, issue credentials, and log activity.
• Answer calls, greet guests, and communicate access concerns.
• Respond to incidents following established emergency procedures.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence and assist with security administrative duties.
