Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Services in Lakeland, FL. As the front desk presence at a logistics and distribution site, you will manage access, assist visitors, and provide professional customer service while upholding security policies.

Key duties include monitoring access, directing authorized personnel, handling calls and deliveries, and responding calmly to incidents per emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, delivery personnel, and employees at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying visitor credentials, maintaining entry records, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and inquiries in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of front-desk activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Document and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
