Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law and policies.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a front desk within a financial services environment.
• Monitor access by greeting and screening visitors, verifying credentials, and issuing passes.
• Maintain visitor, employee, and delivery logs; report access concerns or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and follow emergency procedures.
