Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Security Guard License.
• Valid Driver License.
• 2 years of experience as a Security Officer.
• 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
• 2 years of Front Desk experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Reliable transportation.
• Good communications skills.
• Ability to stand or walk long periods.
• Ability to walk/run stairs daily during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and direct visitors.
• Enforce access control and authorize entry of personnel.
• Monitor procedures and surveillance.
• Provide customer service to residents and visitors.
• Write accident and incident reports.
• Monitor entrances of vehicles/people.
• Ensure gate equipment is operational.
• Review surveillance for disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Submit daily surveillance and incident reports.
