Duties include greeting visitors, enforcing access control, surveillance, incident reporting, and delivering strong customer service to residents and guests. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid security license, and 3 years of security, front desk, and site supervision

• Must have good communications skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs daily.
• Ability to think clearly during crises.
• Must be reliable and uphold ethical behavior.

Job Skills / Requirements

Prosegur Security is looking for Access Control /Front Desk Site Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale Area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. This critical position safeguards our clients and what they value the most.

Shift Includes: Mornings

Schedule: F/T

Mon-Fri:

0700-1500

40 hours per week

The starting pay rate is $19.00/HR

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors
• Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the property
• Monitoring operational procedures
• Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas
• Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests
• Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
• Make sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational.
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have a valid Security Guard License
• Must have 3 year of experience as a Security Officer
• Must have 3 year of experience in Customer Service
• Must have 3 year of experience in Front Desk
• Must have 3 year of experience as a Site Supervisor
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good communications skills
