Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Front Desk with Active Clearance in Charlottesville, VA. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor alarm panels, and provide exceptional customer service at a technology-focused location.

This full-time role offers a $22.00 per hour pay rate, with schedule Mon–Fri 2:00 AM–10:00 AM. An active DoD Top Secret clearance, a high school diploma, and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify identification and access.
• Monitor front desk activity and security systems.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow protocols.
• Maintain visitor logs and communicate with leadership.
• Provide exceptional customer service at a tech-focused site.
