This full-time role offers $22.00 per hour with day shifts and opportunities for training, benefits, and career growth. Prior security or customer service experience is a plus and compliance with background checks is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a front desk within a media and entertainment office location.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, manage visitor registration and access.
• Monitor front desk activity and security systems, report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain logs, visitor records, incident documentation, and shift communications.
