Job summary

Allied Universal in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Security Officer Customer Service Support to protect clients across retail locations. You will patrol, monitor access, and document activity while delivering exceptional service and communication in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Guard Card or license where applicable, and a background check will be conducted. This full-time position offers shift coverage Mon-Sun with a pay rate of $20.96 per hour.

Qualifications

• Guard Card or applicable license preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols within the retail location and report unusual activity.
• Assist with access control, visitor screening, and package checks.
• Deter theft and unauthorized access with a professional presence and timely reporting.
