Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer for Full Time Reception Services in Beverly Hills, CA. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and deliver outstanding customer service in a media/tech environment.

You’ll work a set schedule with morning and weekend shifts, perform front desk duties, maintain logs, report incidents, and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing security or front-desk roles.
• Ability to verify identifications and manage visitor registration.
• Capable of documenting incidents and maintaining logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, talent, and vendors at a front desk following security procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify ID and appointment details, and manage registration and access per site procedures.
• Monitor front desk activity and security systems, reporting issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts or responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and shift communications per requirements.
