Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access control and badge activities, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify appointments and credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, cameras, and/or alarm notifications, reporting unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including initiating appropriate emergency response activities.
• Receive incoming calls, provide directions and building information, and communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
