Qualifications

• 2+ years of security, law enforcement, or corrections experience.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, students, educators, staff, and guests per procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, maintain records.
• Monitor entry activity, access control systems, and communications equipment; report issues.
• Respond to incidents calmly and contact appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed.
• Direct visitors and answer general inquiries to maintain a welcoming environment in an education setting.
