Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Business Campus Concierge in Chandler, AZ. You will provide front-desk security, greet visitors, verify access, monitor security systems, and respond to incidents at a financial institution. This full-time role offers a $24.00 hourly wage with steady day and night shifts.

Ideal candidates have security experience, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 20 pounds. Background checks and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Guard Card or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Welcome and direct visitors, verify access authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain a professional front-desk presence.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and communication procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and other required documentation while supporting a professional and orderly lobby environment.
