Job summary

All Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Front Office Concierge in Phoenix, AZ. You will serve as a welcoming front-desk presence, manage access control and visitor interactions, and support safety through vigilant monitoring and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Greeting and directing visitors, answering calls, and providing information per site procedures as a front-desk presence.
• Monitor access by verifying visitor credentials, maintaining visitor records, and issuing or collecting access credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, notifying colleagues and documenting events per procedures.
