As a Front Desk Security Professional you will handle badges, visitor interactions, and alarm-panel activity, delivering professional customer service and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in security-related roles.
• Proficiency with computers or tablets preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18, or 21 for armed roles; background check required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site procedures.
• Greet and direct visitors, answer calls, and provide information per site rules.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and issuing badges as directed.
• Respond calmly to incidents, document events, and notify relevant personnel.
