Ideal candidates have security experience, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 20 pounds. Background checks and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Guard Card or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Welcome and direct visitors, verify access authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain a professional front-desk presence.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and communication procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and other required documentation while supporting a professional and orderly lobby environment.

As a Security Officer - Business Campus Conciergein Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will create a welcoming, professional presence while monitoring access, assisting visitors, and responding to security-related concerns. You will support a secure environment through clear communication, exceptional customer service, and attention to daily procedures. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
