Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Front Desk with Active Clearance in Charlottesville, VA. You will greet visitors, verify IDs, manage access, and respond to security incidents.

This full-time role pays $22.00 per hour, with shifts from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM Tue–Fri at a technology-focused location. Active DoD Top Secret clearance and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service and visitor assistance at a technology-focused site.
• Ability to verify identification and authorize access.
• Comfort with using computers/tablets for log and badge tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify IDs and authorization.
• Issue visitor credentials and direct guests per site rules.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and support administrative tasks.
