Job summary

Allied Universalae is seeking a Security Officer Front Desk in Chattanooga, TN to greet visitors, verify identities, and manage access at a financial institution site. The role emphasizes customer service, professional presence, and adherence to site policies.

You will monitor entry, respond to incidents, and support daily operations while maintaining a secure environment with strong teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records in accordance with location requirements.
Monitor access to the facility, communicate with authorized personnel regarding visitors and deliveries, and help deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Maintain a professional front desk presence, answer incoming inquiries, and promptly report suspicious activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
