Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check is required by law.
• Drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor access to the facility, communicate with authorized personnel regarding visitors and deliveries, and deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to procedures.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence and report suspicious activity or concerns.
