Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and leadership abilities.
• At least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge handling experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by following site procedures.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor access points and lobby activity, report unusual activity and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly, follow emergency procedures and contact resources as needed.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence and assist tenants and visitors with information.
