Qualifications

Experience with access control and badge management is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles) and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screen required by law.
Licensing requirements vary by state and locality and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a financial institution location.
Verify visitor identity, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs and records.
Monitor access activity, receive incoming calls, and direct visitors and inquiries to appropriate personnel in accordance with established procedures.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
Support security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
