Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution reception area while following site-specific security procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information, manage access records, and direct guests per site requirements.
• Monitor lobby activity, respond calmly to alarms or incidents, and coordinate with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain awareness of lobby activity to deter unauthorized access and sustain a welcoming environment.
• Answer calls, supply general site information, and complete required incident reports promptly.
