Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer – Financial Desk Monitor in Philadelphia, PA. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, maintaining a welcoming presence, monitoring access, and delivering professional service. Position Type: Part Time.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour. Schedule includes DayTime shifts across Mon/Tue/Thu with 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check, drug screen, licensing requirements as applicable by law.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk in a professional manner.
Monitor access, verify identification, and maintain visitor logs as required by site policies.
Carry out security procedures per site guidelines and protocols.
Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
Provide customer service to clients and guests with directions or information about the location.
Maintain a visible front desk presence to deter unauthorized access or disruption.
Support emergency response activities by following established procedures and coordinating with management or authorities.
