Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a financial institution location.
• Verify visitor identity, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs and records.
• Monitor access activity, receive incoming calls, and direct visitors and inquiries to appropriate personnel in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Support security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

You will manage access control, support badge-related processes, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)Candidates must be informed about the access control systems in place and any prior experience they may need regarding badge usage. Emails should include:

  • A brief overview of the access control system.
  • Instructions on how to obtain a badge.
  • Any necessary training or orientation related to badge usage.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)It is essential to assess candidates' comfort levels with technology. Emails should include:

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
