Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Criminal history considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location.
• Staff the front desk and greet visitors, verify ID and authorization, issue visitor credentials.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarm notifications, and surveillance systems.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and document events.
• Maintain visitor logs, delivery records, and security-related documentation.
