Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Full Time Reception Access Services role in Los Angeles, CA. You will greet residents and visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security concerns with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and clients at a front desk by following site procedures.
• Monitor access to the property and verify credentials as required.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and other front-desk communications professionally.
• Observe lobby activity and report security concerns to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following emergency procedures.
