Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a front desk.
• Greet and screen visitors, manage access procedures, and issue visitor credentials.
• Monitor building entry points, cameras, alarms, and systems; report issues.
• Respond calmly to incidents and assist with emergency procedures.
• Answer phones, provide directions, and support a welcoming lobby.
