Job summary

Allied Universal, West Hollywood, CA, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Reception Credential Assistance to provide client service, monitor access, and support front desk operations.

You will greet visitors, handle phones, respond to incidents, and follow site policies while maintaining visitor records.

This role requires a high school diploma and successful background checks; background and drug screening are required where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, and maintain visitor records in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Assist with front desk communications, including answering phones, receiving deliveries, and reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
