Job summary

Allied Universal in Houston, TX is seeking a Front Desk Security Officer to support a corporate location. You will serve as a welcoming, professional presence, manage access control, verify badges, and assist visitors while reflecting our values of reliability and care.

As a full-time position with a driving requirement, you will work a Monday-Friday schedule and must have a valid driver’s license. CPR is preferred, and prior badge experience helps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license in the job location state.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge procedures preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies.
• Monitor front desk access, greet visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Answer calls and relay security-related information to appropriate personnel.
• Observe reception area and report unusual conditions per procedures.
