Qualifications

• As seen at the front desk role, experience delivering customer service is required or preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge procedures is preferred.
• Ability to greet, screen visitors, and log entries is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen are required by Allied Universal policy.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at the front desk.
• Greet visitors, verify appointments, issue visitor credentials, and log entries.
• Monitor lobby activity, access systems, cameras, and alarms; report concerns to site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with management and responders as needed.
• Support front desk admin tasks like phone coverage and deliveries.
